"So when you stay at Thunder Ball you are on island time. All you have to worry about is high tide or low tide 😀 The moment Roland picked us up from the airport we were in paradise! The house was in a perfect location! Absolutely stunning and the owners thought of everything you would need. Definitely rent a golf cart so you can go to the small grocery stores on the island. Or the laundry mat/liquor store 🤣 Plus you can always grab a bite to eat at the yacht club. But what truly made our vacation was the property manager Roland!!!! He literally made our vacation!!! We had 4 teenage girls with us and they absolutely adored him! He was soooooo helpful with everything!! Plus if you can talk him into it he will make you the best meal you will ever have in your life! His secret ingredient is L O V E as Roland would say. He made sure we had the best vacation in one of the most beautiful places in the world!! You won’t find a prettier location!"

"This was our fifth trip to Staniel. We have stayed at many beautiful locations on the island. The pictures of this villa are beautiful but experiencing the property in person exceeds even that. There are so many amenities large and small. The owner has thought of every possible need or want and provides experienced support for the home and exploring. The on island manager is prompt and helpful, as was our local captain. The kitchen is bountifully stocked with everything a chef would need. How many vacation homes stock a mortar and a pestle? Or three different ice makers to ensure a guest is never one cube lacking? The linen closet looks like a department store. Book it! You’ll love it! It does not disappoint in any way!"

"The property manager was very helpful! also everyone loved the place. Super clean. Big rooms. The docking fit both of our boats that were 42 and 40 ft . Place had everything you needed and more. Perfect spot right across from the thunder grotto !! couldn't be any better!"

"The house was amazing. Roland is the care taker and is a phone call away to help with any questions. He met us at the airport and showed us around the house when we arrived. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk right down to the dock to get on the charter boats. The location is perfect for hitting all the cool spots around the Exumas. House is only a short golf cart right from the Yacht Club. Has a good fish cleaning table. We used a chef service and they did an excellent job. We will definitely be back."
